2. Permitted Commercial and Personal Use

You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, broadcast, and distribute audio files generated using the Service for both personal and commercial purposes, provided your input text complies with our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate deceptive synthetic media intended to impersonate real living individuals without explicit consent (non-consensual voice cloning or deepfakes).
• Disseminate unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or hateful speech.
• Violate any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall AI Voice Studio be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the generated audio.
